The Board of Directors exemplifies true community and dedication to executing IHF’s administrative authority. The Board is composed of five (5) elected officers and six (6) Members at Large who are all members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Upsilon Omega Omega Chapter of Irmo, SC. 

 

Members at Large serve as the liaisons between the Board and the general membership. The duties and role of a Member at Large may change according to need. 

 

The Board meets quarterly to set the strategy and management of the Foundation, ensuring it fulfills its educational and charitable vision that reflects the interest of the communities in which it serves.
