Ivy Heritage Foundation of Irmo, Inc. Announces 2023-2025 Board Leadership

IRMO, S.C. – The Ivy Heritage Foundation of Irmo, Inc. (IHF) announced that

Theresa Counts-Davis has been elected President of the IHF Board of Directors for 2023-25. Counts-Davis takes the helm from Dr. Joann Moore Thompson, President from 2021-23.


Counts-Davis says, “I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as President of the Ivy Heritage Foundation of Irmo. We have an opportunity for continued engagement and collaboration to create positive change within our community. I am ready for an exciting and rewarding journey.”


Additionally, Catrena Britton has been confirmed as Vice-President, Pameco Suber as Treasurer, Stacia Davis as Secretary, and Kendra Brown as Financial Secretary. Lil Eaves, Celestine Pough, Chaunte Rogers, Chinell Singletary, Michelle Walker, Tawanda Webb, and round out the board as Members at Large.


Leadership terms for IHF’s Board of Directors began on January 1, 2023. The 2023-25 IHF Board comprises leaders across various sectors of South Carolina’s economy, including education, financial services, and government.


The Board meets quarterly to set the strategy and management of the Foundation, ensuring it fulfills its educational and charitable vision that reflects the interest of the communities in the Lexington and Richland Counties in which it serves.


2023-25 IHF Board Leadership:


Theresa Counts-Davis (President): Counts-Davis is employed by Richland School District Two.


Catrena Britton (Vice-President): Britton is employed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and is chairman of the IHF Midlands Gives Committee.


Pameco Suber (Treasurer): Suber is employed by the South Carolina Military Department Office of the Adjutant General.


Stacia Davis (Secretary): Davis is employed by AgFirst Credit Farm Bank.


Kendra Brown (Financial Secretary): Brown is employed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.


Lil Eaves (Member at Large): Eaves is a retired educator.


Celestine Pough (Member at Large): Pough is employed by the School District Five of Lexington-Richland Counties.


Chaunte Rogers (Member at Large): Rogers is employed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and is chairman of the IHF Technology Committee.


Chinell S. Singletary (Member at Large): Singletary is employed by Columbia College and is chairman of the IHF Strategic Plan Committee.


Michelle Walker (Member at Large): Walker is employed by the South Carolina Department of Transportation.


Tawanda Webb (Member at Large): Webb is employed by the Columbia Area Mental Health Clinic.
